Domonique brings a wealth of knowledge from the political and private sectors to College to Congress. She is currently the Director of Business Development at RMS Interactive, a digital advertising firm in politics and public affairs. Her political career has taken her from Atlanta, GA to Boston, MA, notably working on the 2012 re-election campaign for President Barack Obama, 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee, and the 2013 New York City Public Advocate campaign for Reshma Saujani. Domonique began her career in the private sector. She spent two years with Coors Brewing Company (now MillerCoors Brewing Company), and has previously worked for First Data Corporation and Girls Who Code.
Domonique is an emerging thought leader in the political community. She’s been recognized by Campaigns & Elections Magazine as a rising star and has spoken at a number of industry conferences and events.
She is passionate about youth development. She credits the Daniels Fund, a college scholarship program for students with financial need and demonstrated commitment to leadership and public service, for serving as her gateway to becoming an empowered citizen. She’s been appointed to She Helps Engage DC (SHE DC), a task force of volunteer community leaders who work with the Mayor's Office of Women's Policy and Initiatives in Washington DC, and also serves on the executive team of 21st Century Woman. Domonique is further a business owner in the direct sales industry.
She is a graduate of Spelman College and holds degrees in International Studies and Spanish.
